Liverpool prepare contract for Mount.
Liverpool’s board have prepared and approved a contract for Chelsea star Mason Mount, reports Football Insider.
Chelsea are doing everything they can to keep their player and will also offer him another new deal after previous talks fell through.
Mount, has been wanted by Liverpool for some time and manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to add him to his ranks for next season.
Liverpool are in pole position to sign Mount although they face stiff competition from their Premier League rivals for his signature.
