Speaking to reporters following last night’s victory over Austria in Hannover, German women’s national team trainer Horst Hrubesch and starting DFB fullback Giulia Gwinn thanked a crowd of nearly 44,000 spectators for helping them achieve a positive send-off ahead of the coming Olympic tournament.
