Rome’s doors are wide open for sending Abraham away.

It hasn’t been an easy season for Tammy Abraham in the Italian capital and Roma are ready to listen to offers for him as early as January, says a new report

The 25-year-old Englishman had a fine debut under Jose Mourinho in his first season with 27 goals in 53 appearances in all competitions, but has failed to replicate that form this season, scoring just four goals in 20 Serie A games and Europa League. Abraham was booed by fans when he was substituted during Roma’s 1-1 draw with Torino last night.

As journalist Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com reports, Roma are open to selling Abraham in the next January window and will do so if a good offer comes in. He was transferred from Chelsea for 40 million euros last year, so it will take a good offer to convince the Giallorossi to sell him.

Roma director Tiago Pinto is keen to strengthen Mourinho’s squad in January and is eyeing a move for Sassuolo’s Davide Frattes. The Italian midfielder is not easy to buy.
