Tottenham are looking to bring in reinforcements for Antonio Conte in January and two players they are reported to be looking for are Alessandro Bastoni and Weston McKennie.
Spurs secured top spot in their Champions League group with a hard-fought away win against Olympique Marseille in their final group game and have managed to do well in the league as well, sitting fourth in the Premier League after 14 matches. Conte has made it clear that new investment is needed in order for the team to compete for trophies in England and the club is willing to invest.
As The Sun reports, one of the main January targets is Inter’s 23-year-old Bastoni, who has a contract with Inter until 2024. The team from North London is expected to offer 50 million euros for the Italian defender, an offer that is expected to convinced Inter for a transfer of the player.
McKennie is another of Conte’s targets and will be easier to come by, with Juventus set to let the American leave in January.
